  • Who Sets The Minimum Price?

    You, as the property owner, it is you who sets the minimum sales price

  • What is The Fee if My Minimum Price is Achieved?
    There are £0 or 0% commission fees on the entire sum you have set as your minimum accepted price.

  • What if a Price is Agreed Below The My Minimum Price?
    There are £0 or 0% commission fees on the entire sum you have set as your minimum accepted price, or any price below the minimum set, if you accept the price offered by the buyer. 

  • At What Amount is The 50/50 Commission Split Applicable?
    The 50/50 bonus sum split is applicable on every pound your property sells for above your minimum accepted price. For example, if your home sells for £550,000 and you wanted £500,000 for it, then there would be a £50,000 bonus sum split equally between yourself and Free Property Sales at £25,000 each.

  • Can I Change My Minimum Accepted Price?
    Yes you can, but only downwards once this sum has been agreed.

  • Can I Cancel The Sale Of My Property?
    Yes you can, for free if no offers above your minimum asking price have been achieved, but if a sum above the minimum asking price has been achieved, then Free Property Sales will want and expect its 50% share of the bonus sum achieved, paid within 30 days.

  • Can I Switch Estate Agents?
    Yes you can, however, you will then be liable to a sales and marketing fee of £5,000 payable to Free Property Sales to release you from the contract.
